Satej has been working in construction management for more than 15 years, at well known commercial general contractors and most recently at Meta's datacenter group. On a personal note, he has leveraged those skills in the residential real estate space for personal investments & flip properties. Having a deep technical knowledge of buildings and residential construction allows him to speak knowledgeably & passionately about the industry.
